2. Damaged or Defective Items

- The seller/merchant will inspect the product, and the request will be processed upon confirmation of the defect/damage.
3. Product Not as Expected
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The customer service team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
4. Warranty Complaints
- For products with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
5. Refund Process
- For refunds approved by us, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3 days of approval.
