1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us via email or phone.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

3. Refund Process

4. Non-Refundable Items
